A military medic in desert camouflage uniform is taking a blood pressure reading on a young infant wrapped in a white towel, while the child's mother holds the baby on what appears to be the deck of a naval vessel. The medic is wearing black gloves and a face mask, using a pediatric blood pressure cuff on the infant's arm. The ocean is visible in the background, suggesting this is a maritime rescue or humanitarian assistance operation.
