Two military medical personnel in USMC desert camouflage uniforms are conducting a medical examination of a civilian woman wrapped in a white towel on what appears to be the deck of a naval vessel. One medic is using a penlight to examine the patient's eyes while the other assists and takes notes. The setting suggests a humanitarian assistance or search-and-rescue operation.
