Kansas Army National Guard Sgt. Dan Kelley, first cook, 1077 Medical Detachment, sets the timer on a warmer while preparing for breakfast during Vibrant Response 2009. "The dining facility offers service members the comforts of home while they're away," said Kelley. "Eating at the dining facility is better than eating a [meal ready to eat]. We put out a good meal for each of the four meals that we provide."
