During Eastern Accord 15 academics week observer trainers share security cooperation information during classroom engagements. EA 15 takes place in Jinja, Uganda where U.S. military personnel and African partner nation militaries work together to promote regional relationships, increase capacity, train with Eastern African forces furthering cross training and interoperability.
