After a week of Eastern Accord 15 academic engagements, Maj. Jay Bessey and Maj. Christopher Cook assist a grill chef during cultural day festivities at the Source of the Nile. EA 15 takes place in Jinja,Uganda where U.S. military personnel and African partner nation militaries work together to promote regional relationships, increase capacity, train with Eastern African forces furthering cross training and interoperability.
