Participants in the Eastern Accord 15 exercise prepare for scenarios during the second week of activities in Jinja, Uganda, March 7. The annual joint exercise is designed to improve participants’ capability to plan and employ efforts to effectively counter violent extremist organizations as well as enhancing cooperation with partner nations and their civilian population.
