BU2 Christine Fletcher, a U.S. Navy Seabee from the Naval Mobile Construction Battalion 14, Detachment 1, fills cement into a wall during restorations in a public bathroom at the Source of the Nile in Jinja, Uganda, March 5. Eight Seabees traveled to Uganda during the Eastern Accord 15 exercise to renovate the Source’s only public latrine to foster military and local civilian relationships.
