James McNeal, commander of Navy Supply Global Logistics Support, on a tour on the bridge while the ship is moored in Sasebo, Japan. McNeal is touring various commands in the U.S. 7th Fleet area of responsibility to improve his working knowledge of each command in order to better facilitate their supply requirements.
