SASEBO, Japan (March 10, 2015) Rear Adm. James McNeal, center, Commander, Naval Supply Global Logistics Support, talks to Sailors assigned to the submarine tender USS Frank Cable (AS 40) in the ship's Barber shop during a tour while Frank Cable is moored in Sasebo, Japan, March 10. McNeal is touring various commands in the U.S. 7th Fleet area of operation to improve his working knowledge of each command in order to better facilitate their supply requirements. Frank Cable, forward deployed to the island of Guam, conducts maintenance and support of submarines and surface vessels deployed to the U.S. 7th Fleet area of responsibility and is currently on a scheduled underway period.
