150305-N-OM261-002 SANTA RITA, Guam (March 5, 2015) Navy Diver 3rd Class Collyn Kelley, attached to the submarine tender USS Frank Cable (AS-40), maneuvers a mini remotely operated vehicle during its underwater operational testing and exercise at Gab Gab beach at U.S. Naval Base Guam. The mini remotely operated vehicle is now an integral part of the submarine tender to enhance its capability to assist and perform needed underwater search and rescue operations.
