Maj. Gen. Margaret W. Boor, commanding general of the Army Reserve’s 99th Regional Support Command, comforts family and friends of Sgt. Shawn M. Farrell II following a memorialization ceremony March 7 in Saugerties, N.Y., that named the Army Reserve Center there for Farrell. Boor hosted the event, which was attended by representatives for U.S. Cong. Chris Gibson and New York State Senator George Amedore, as well as Maj. Gen. Glenn J. Lesniak, deputy chief, Army Reserve.
