Two military aviation maintenance technicians in green flight deck jerseys are working on the nose landing gear assembly of a military aircraft, likely aboard a naval vessel. The aircraft is chained down to the deck, and both personnel are using tools to perform maintenance on the landing gear components. A 'GROUND LOCK' tag and 'CAUTION' placard are visible on the aircraft, indicating proper safety protocols are in place.
