Danielle Burkowitz, a dentist assigned to U.S. Naval Hospital (USNH), Yokosuka, conducts a basic dental screening on a child at The Sullivan's Elementary School on board Fleet Activities Yokosuka, Feb. 18. The screening is part of a monthlong initiative, in support of dental health month, where staff members from USNH Yokosuka's dental department take their practice to schools on base to stress the importance of practicing good oral hygiene.
