SAN DIEGO (February 25, 2015) Retired Chief Petty Officer Stewart Headley, vice president of the Pearl Harbor Survivors Association, gives a tour to 2014 Sailor of the Year (SOY) finalists at Jesse Thompson’s residence. Thompson, a member of the Pearl Harbor Survivors Association, has an extensive collection of World War II memorabilia that the 2014 SOY candidates had the privilege of viewing.
