A U.S. Navy Landing Craft Air Cushion (LCAC) with the number '418' visible on its hull is operating at high speed on open ocean, generating a large spray of water and mist around it. The image is taken from the deck of a larger naval vessel, likely an amphibious assault ship, using a fisheye lens that creates a wide-angle curved perspective. A small rainbow is visible in the mist generated by the hovercraft.
