Capt. Christopher Corbeille, an Osprey pilot, points out the various parts of an MV-22B Osprey Feb. 12 at Marine Corps Air Station Futenma, Okinawa, Japan. A group of reserve officers from the Japan Self-Defense Force visited Futenma to get an orientation brief on the mission of 1st Marine Aircraft Wing, as well as exposure to the MV-22B aircraft. Corbeille and the JSDF service members are part of the Japan Observer Exchange Program which gives Marines and sailors with the III Marine Expeditionary Force and members of the JSDF the opportunity to observe the training of their counterparts in order to increase mutual understanding and interoperability. Corbeille is a Huntsville, Alabama, native, with Marine Medium Tiltrotor Squadron 265 (Reinforced), Marine Aircraft Group 36, 1st MAW, III MEF. (U.S. Marine Corps photo by Lance Cpl.
