Members of the Japan Observer Exchange Program explore an MV-22B Osprey Feb. 12 at Marine Corps Air Station Futenma, Okinawa, Japan. JOEP gives Marines and sailors with the III Marine Expeditionary Force and members of the Japan Self -Defense Force the opportunity to observe the training of their counterparts in order to increase mutual understanding and interoperability.
