Two children, likely brothers, are standing on top of a concrete wall or low rooftop. The older child, wearing a plaid shirt and rubber boots, appears to be steadying or holding the younger child who is barefoot and wearing a red sweater. They appear to be looking at something off-camera in an outdoor urban or semi-rural setting.

A free medical screening was held for the local populace of Mawali by Iraqi doctors and U.S. Forces. The screening brought much needed medical supplies and assistance to the people of Mawali. The deteriorated conditions of the roads, due to the rainy season, that lead in and out of town are impassible by civilian vehicles. That caused the local doctor, Taha Ahamed, to reach out and ask for assistance from U.S. Forces. Photo by Army Spc. L.C. Campbell, Photojournalist, 138 Mobile Public Affairs Detachment.
