A group of children are gathered on top of a low concrete block wall in what appears to be a Middle Eastern urban setting. One older child is helping a younger child climb or balance on the wall, while others stand and observe. A military or heavy vehicle is partially visible on the right side of the frame.

A free medical screening was held today for the local populace of Mawali by Iraqi doctors and U.S. Forces. The screening brought much needed medical supplies and assistance to the people of Mawali. The deteriorated conditions of the roads, due to the rainy season, that lead in and out of town are impassible by civilian vehicles. That caused the local doctor, Taha Ahamed, to reach out and ask for assistance from U.S. Forces. Photo by Army Spc. L.C. Campbell, Photojournalist, 138 Mobile Public Affairs Detachment.
