Navy Diver 1st Class (DSW) Michael Taylor of Atlantic City, N.J., monitors an unmanned robotic platform during the Space and Navy Warfare Systems Command (SPAWAR) Systems Center Pacific underwater autonomous robotics competition for student engineers at its TRANSDEC pool, a unique research facility on Point Loma, Calif.
