Commander Stephen Revelas and Commander Michael Monreal cut the ceremonial cake at the reception following the Change of Command for Naval Mobile Construction Battalion Eleven. Commander Revelas turned over control of NMCB Eleven to Commander Michael Monreal during the ceremony, the first for the Battalion since its recommissioning. NMCB Eleven is currently on deployment throughout Europe, Southwest Asia, SOUTHCOM and Africa in support of Operation Enduring Freedom.
