A staff sergeant with 2nd Squadron, 38th Cavalry Regiment is fitted with a harness before being hoisted in the air by a hovering helicopter, July 18, at Camp Bondsteel, Kosovo. The squadron was conducting SPIES and FRIES training, which is employed by small units to make rapid infiltration and exfiltration using rotary-wing aircraft in confined areas.
