Leaders of the local community, Armed Forces of the Philippines, and U.S. armed forces cut the ribbon to commemorate the completion of construction at Malobago Elementary School May 15 during a dedication ceremony in Guinobatan, Albay province, Philippines. Dedication ceremonies were held around Albay to recognize the completion of the five engineering civic assistance program sites taking place as a part of Exercise Balikatan, including renovations of a school, building of classrooms, and construction of a health center.
