Dennis Yates, commander,5th Battalion, 25th Field Artillery Regiment, a Chesterfield, N.J., native, celebrates with a feast of local cuisine after the ribbon-cutting ceremony at the district council hall Oct. 17, 2008. Mohammed al Rubeiy, district council chief for the Karadah District in Baghdad, hosted the event and provided food for all of the Soldiers who came to the ceremony.
