Marines from various units within 2nd Marine Logistics Group listen to thorough instructions on how to serve the food at a field mess site during the W.P.T. Hill Award competition aboard Camp Lejeune, N.C., March 10, 2014. The Marines prepared shepherd’s pie, white beans and chicken chili, and grilled steak for the main entrées. Side choices were rice, cornbread, baked potatoes and biscuits. A separate fruit and salad bar was set up as well.
