Young local village boys watch and wait to be seen by the staff from the U.S. Army's 354th Civil Affairs Brigade, Special Functioning Team, Combined Joint Task Force- Horn of Africa, during a Medical Civil Action Project on March 30, 2008 at Goubetto Village, Djibouti. Soldiers from the 354th Civil Affairs Brigade, Special Functioning Team, Combined Joint Task Force- Horn of Africa, and the Marines and Sailors from the 11th Marine Expeditionary Unit are working together in support of a six day MEDCAP around the Djibouti area with their first two days at Goubetto Village seeing over 500 local Djiboutian patients by the end of day two.
