A Marine from the 11th Marine Expeditionary Unit, unpacks a ladder from the convoy vehicles while setting up for a Medical Civil Action Project at the village school on March 30, 2008 at Goubetto Village, Djibouti. Soldiers from the 354th Civil Affairs Brigade, Special Functioning Team, Combined Joint Task Force- Horn of Africa, and the Marines and Sailors from the 11th MEU are working together in support of the CA MEDCAP mission. The 354th with the help of the Marines and Sailors are conducting a six day MEDCAP around the Djibouti area with their first two days at Goubetto Village seeing over 500 local Djiboutian patients by the end of day two.
