Navy Doctor Cmdr. Alan Philippi working with the 354th Civil Affairs Brigade, Special Functioning Team, Combined Joint Task Force- Horn of Africa, briefs the team on the day's events for a Medical Civil Action Project at the village school on March 30, 2008 at Goubetto Village, Djibouti. Soldiers from the 354th and the Marines and Sailors from the 11th Marine Expeditionary Unit are working together in support of a six day MEDCAP around the Djibouti area with their first two days at Goubetto Village seeing over 500 local Djiboutian patients by the end of day two.
