Turbo Distribution is a series of U.S. Transportation Command Field Training Exercises designed to refine JTF-PO SPOD and APOD procedures and capabilities. USTRANSCOM conducts four TD exercises a year. Joint Task Force Port Opening (JTF-PO) exercises exist to rapidly open and establish ports of debarkation and initial distribution networks for joint distribution operations aiding humanitarian, disaster relief, and contingency operations.
