Turbo Distribution (TD) 17-2 is a Joint Task Force-Port Opening exercise designed to train personnel to rapidly respond to Humanitarian Aid/Disaster Response missions. It is hosted by US Transportation Command. The missions will be conducted at Battle Creek Air National Guard Base, Battle Creek, MI. During the exercise, the units will practice being rapidly deployed to an austere location, set up basic infrastructure and receive/begin initial theatre distribution of cargo.
