Soldiers from the 1st Battalion, 23rd Infantry Regiment, 3rd Brigade, 2nd Infantry Division (Stryker Brigade Combat Team) patrol the streets of Al Dujaya, south of Al Kut, on Aug. 19, 2004. The Stryker Brigade Soldiers searched for Al Sadrs militia and spoke to leaders of the town about where Sadrs men might be hiding. As a part of Task Force Tomahawk, the Stryker Brigade Soldiers helped regain control of the Al Kut area that was once controlled by Al Sadr. (U.S. Army photo by Sgt. Fred Minnick)
