Soldiers from the 1st Battalion, 23rd Infantry Regiment, 3rd Brigade, 2nd Infantry Division (Stryker Brigade Combat Team) set up an indirect firing position in Al Dujaya, an Iraqi town south of Al Kut on Aug. 19, 2004. The Stryker Brigade Soldiers anticipated an attack from Al Sadrs militia, which had been suspected of operating near the area.
