B-Roll footage of the Fort Bliss Culinary Team's preparations for the 45th Joint Culinary Training Exercise competition in Fort Lee, Virginia, on Feb. 25. The competition will begin on March 7, testing both international and American military culinary teams as they contend for certificates and awards through a series of entrees, hors d’oeuvres and desserts. The Fort Bliss team is incorporating local El Paso cuisines and themes in their presentations this year, celebrating the unique culture, community and history of the region.
