U.S. Army Capability Program Executive Enterprise Software and Services (CPE ES2)

CPE Enterprise Software and Services (CPE ES2) develops and delivers software solutions that drive operational readiness and provides seamless support for mission-critical systems and warfighting capabilities across the Army. Our systems help keep the Army running every day and support every domain, branch, unit, Soldier and Army Civilian worldwide.

Enterprise systems are warfighting enablers. Our unique portfolio includes three project management offices aligned with Army domains: Human Resources and Force Management; Logistics and Finance; and Acquisition, Training and Readiness. In addition, we have a dedicated team focused on providing enterprise applications and services that support today’s business solutions. Each portfolio is responsible for a suite of software programs aligned with these domains.

Our users, the Soldiers and Civilians across the Army, are at the center of what we do. With an Agile acquisition approach and a focus on automation, innovation and Soldier-informed design, CPE ES2 drives speed, efficiency and excellence in acquisition and software development, ensuring Soldiers receive the capabilities they need to succeed.
