    Jeremy Stephens' career at the shipyard began in his teen years when he was searching for a steady paycheck and a marketable skill. More than 20 years later, what he's found at the shipyard has been more than he'd hoped for. From his days in the Apprentice Program to his time as a trade superintendent, Stephens has built his career with the help of the enduring relationships he's forged.
