JOINT BASE SAN ANTONIO-FORT SAM HOUSTON, Texas — U.S. Army Reserve Soldiers assigned to the 4th Expeditionary Sustainment Command conducted their first Mass Medical Readiness Event of 2026, Jan. 23-24. The two-day event provided comprehensive medical, administrative, and legal services to more than 300 Soldiers, ensuring the unit remains medically prepared and mission-ready for upcoming global deployments.
