The Oregon Air National Guard's 142nd Wing operated out of Nellis Air Force Base, Nevada for three weeks in late August and early September to support the U.S. Air Force's Weapons Instructor Course. While there, the unit made history, dropping live bombs from their operational F-15EX Eagle II aircraft for the first time.
