WHITEHALL, Ohio - The 376th Financial Management Support Unit (FMSU) will be holding a farewell ceremony in honor of Detachment 4, who will be deploying to Afghanistan.
The ceremony will be held on Saturday, May 23 at 1130 at the following address: 165 N. Yearling Rd, Whitehall, Ohio 43213.
Leadership from the 103rd Sustainment Command (Expeditionary), 646th Regional Support Group, and 687th Combat Sustainment Support Battalion will be in attendance; as well as representatives for the governor, mayor, state representative, Employer Support of the Guard and Reserve, and National Military and Veteran Alliance.
The Financial Management Support Detachments provide contracting and commercial vendor services support, disbursing and funding support, Detainee / Internment / Resettlement (D/I/R), U.S. and non-U.S. pay support to Brigade, Division, Corps and Theater / Army Service Component Command (ASCC) units.
The Detachment 4 Command team is Capt. Sonni Taylor and Sgt. 1st Class Jo Barefield.
