A military brass ensemble of approximately five soldiers in camouflage uniforms performs outdoors on a brick plaza for a crowd of civilian spectators. The musicians are seated in a semicircle with music stands, playing instruments including a French horn, trumpet, and euphonium/tuba. The setting appears to be a public commemorative or ceremonial event, possibly in the Netherlands based on visible Dutch parking signage.

U.S. Army musicians assigned to the U.S. Army Europe and Africa Band and Chorus perform during the 82nd Remembrance Ride in Groesbeek, Netherlands, Sept. 19, 2026. As the United States marks 250 years of independence, Operation Market Garden commemorations offer a living example of the long relationship between Americans and the Dutch. From Dutch trade and support during the American Revolution, symbolized by the First Salute at St. Eustatius in 1776, to American and Allied forces fighting together in the Netherlands in 1944, that history continues today through communities that preserve the memory of those who served and through and enduring U.S.-Dutch partnership.
