Contractors from Connolly Pacific conduct breakwater repair work Sept. 17, 2026 in Redondo Beach, California for the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers' Redondo Beach-King Harbor breakwater repair project. The rubble mount structure is one of the largest of its kind in Southern California and is overbuilt for safety as it dissipates wave energy to mitigate against coastal erosion and enables safer vessel navigation.
