A female military service member in MultiCam/OCP camouflage uniform is conducting medical training using a realistic patient simulation mannequin. The mannequin is equipped with airway management devices including what appears to be an endotracheal tube and oxygen mask. The setting appears to be inside a military aircraft, likely during a medevac or aeromedical evacuation training exercise.
