    U.S. Army Reserve Pfc. Ayla Abernathy, a human resources specialist assigned to the Aurora, Colo., based 7450th Medical Operational Readiness Unit, loads and locks down a litter-bound manikin during an aircraft patient loading exercise as part of Exercise Ultimate Caduceus 2026, or UC26, at Scott Air Force Base, Ill., Sept. 9, 2026.
