    U.S. Air Force Col. Bret Trippel, the 153rd Airlift Wing commander, delivers remarks recounting his experiences during the Sept. 11, 2001, terrorist attacks at a 9/11 remembrance ceremony at the Wyoming Air National Guard Base in Cheyenne, Wyoming, Sept. 11, 2026.
