    U.S. Air Force Master Sgt. Yue Liu, 39th Maintenance Support Flight chief, participate in a 9/11 memorial tower climb at Incirlik Air Base, Türkiye, Sept. 11, 2026. The climb was conducted to honor the victims within the Department of War, specifically the Pentagon employees, service members, and American Airlines Flight 77 passengers, as well as the selfless first responders who ran toward danger at the World Trade Center, the Pentagon, and Shanksville, Pennsylvania.
