    U.S. Air Force Chief Master Sgt. Michael Etterley-Crown, 728th Aircraft Maintenance Squadron senior enlisted leader, participates in a 9/11 memorial tower climb at Incirlik Air Base, Türkiye, Sept. 11, 2026.
