    A U.S. Air Force Airman assigned to the 39th Medical Group participates in a 9/11 memorial tower climb at Incirlik Air Base, Türkiye, Sept. 11, 2026. The climb marked 25 years since the Sept. 11, 2001, terrorist attacks and the 39th Air Base Wing joined the Department of the Air Force and service members worldwide in honoring the 2,977 lives lost.
