Naval Postgraduate School (NPS) researchers exploring applications of advanced manufacturing for low-cost missile design prepare an experimental rocket for launch during RIMPAC 2026, July 7. Over the course of the large, multinational exercise, a total of 20 NPS students, faculty and researchers took their graduate studies and thesis research out of the classroom and into the operational environment, advancing their work alongside the fleet and participating industry partners.
