Soldiers and families of Headquarters and Headquarters Company, 191st Regional Support Group, gathered Aug. 29, 2026, at the Ponce Hilton for a Yellow Ribbon event focused on family readiness, resilience and strengthening the support network for Soldiers and their loved ones.
Christymarie Rivera, 191st RSG HHC Soldier and Family Readiness Group leader, briefed Soldiers and families on the role and importance of the SFRG, highlighting its mission to connect families with resources, strengthen communication, and provide support throughout the military journey.
Multiple veterans, Soldier care, education, and service providers were present with informational booths, guiding service members and their families on available benefits, educational opportunities, family support programs, and other resources.
The event provided an opportunity for Soldiers and families to connect with leaders, support organizations, and one another while strengthening the foundation of readiness before, during, and after deployment.
