Marine Medium Helicopter Squadron 365 landed CH-46E Sea Knights for the last time here Sept. 21. The squadron will transition to V-22 Osprey's after returning from their current deployment. The "Blue Knights" were established on 1 July 1963 at Marine Corps Air Facility (MCAF) Santa Ana, California. Flying UH-34Ds, the squadron’s mission was to provide assault transport of troops and cargo in support of Fleet Marine Forces during ship-to-shore movements. (Cpl. Randall A.
