Sgt. Adetunji O. Jones placed first, Sgt. Landon E. Walker placed second, and Spc. Donovan A. Rolen took third place in the cruiserweight division of the Illinois Army National Guard’s Modern Army Combatives Tournament, Aug. 22-23, at American Jujitsu in Springfield, Ill. Jones is with the 766th Brigade Engineer Battalion and works for Home Sweet Home Ministries homeless shelter in Bloomington, where he helps provide “Hope for All Who Enter.” He is also working on his accounting degree at Illinois State University.
