FLEET ACTIVITIES YOKOSUKA, Japan (Aug. 26, 2026) — Culinary Specialist 3rd Class Songjie Xie, assigned to Arleigh Burke-class guided-missile destroyer USS Dewey (DDG 105), right, poses for a photo after receiving a naturalization certificate during a United States Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) naturalization ceremony hosted by Region Legal Service Office (RLSO) Western Pacific (WESTPAC), at Fleet Activities Yokosuka's Community Readiness Center. USCIS and RLSO WESTPAC collaborated to conduct the naturalization ceremony at CFAY, allowing Sailors and civilians to become U.S. citizens.
